Due to immense superiority of Auto LPG over other automobile fuels, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, vide G.S.R. 569, dated 1st August 2001 issued the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of use in Motor Vehicles) Order, 2001, vide which Parallel Marketers are permitted to carry out the business of importing, storing, marketing, distribution and retailing of Auto LPG for automotive purposes.

Parallel Marketers of Auto LPG have also been permitted by the said order to appoint Auto LPG Dispensing Station Dealers engaged in the business of purchase, storage and sale of Auto LPG who are licensed by the Chief Controller of Explosives under the Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 1981 as amended from time to time.

Spice Gas has obtained all the requisite clearances from the Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur for installation and operation of the Auto LPG Dispensing Stations by appointed Dealers.
